Feel The Love Lennox Dealers provide free HVAC installations to those in need.

How It Works

Homeowners in need of a helping hand are nominated to receive a new, high-efficiency Lennox furnace by local community members and dealers in participating Feel The Love regions. After finalists are selected, local Lennox HVAC dealers partner with their employees and communities to donate labor and materials needed to install the furnace in the home.

Lennox Industries and partner dealers have helped bring comfort and safety to more than 850 families since the program began in 2009.

Who's A Candidate

We all know someone who can use a helping hand. Someone who's always giving back and putting themselves last.

The Feel The Love program aims to help people -- people in need of that helping hand and who deserve a "thank you" for their commitment and service, whether in our military or within their community or family.

How Do We Decide

Finalists are based on a variety of criteria, including the need for new heating or cooling equipment and the recipient's current situation (as shared in the personal story).

Preference is often given for any hardships like physical, mental, or social disabilities; financial challenges; job loss; military service; community service; and more. All finalists and their homes must meet the qualification criteria shown in the program terms and conditions.

Nominate Someone Today!

The Lennox Feel The Love aims to help people — people in need as well as those who deserve a “thank you” for their service, whether in our military or within their community.

To nominate yourself or someone you know, simply complete the online form below, providing as much information as possible. Submissions are based on a variety of criteria, including physical, mental, or social disabilities; financial challenges; job loss; military service; community service; and more.

The furnaces being provided will be “Forced Warm Air” LP or Natural Gas units that are rated either 80% or 93% AFUE. It is not compatible with ‘Mobile Homes / Manufactured Housing’. The furnace does require a complete ductwork system. Hydronic systems, boilers, wood stoves, outdoor wood boilers, electric baseboard heaters or fireplaces are not eligible to be replaced or added onto with this program.

Please submit only one nomination for each person or family. Multiple submissions for the same person or family do not increase that nominee’s chances of being selected.

You may submit more than one nomination. If you know several people who might qualify for a free furnace through the Heat UP Alberta program, nominate all of them! Please complete one form per person or family.

In the event your nomination is not selected, please submit a form for them again next year if the need still exists! We continue to try to help as many people as possible.

All submissions are due by September 25th. Those received after that date will go into the following year.

Note: Must be within Edmonton or surrounding communities (25km).

Installation date is: October 6, 2020
*Please note this date cannot be changed.
