With the Daikin brand DM97MC Modulating, Variable-Speed communicating systems furnace, you will own what we believe to be our best furnace. Not only will this furnace provide your family with years of reliable warmth in even the harshest winters, it will do so economically. In tandem with its variable-speed blower motor, this modulating gas furnace typically runs at the lowest possible speed to precisely maintain a constant, steady temperature, which will deliver optimal heating performance to your home.
We carry both Lennox and Daikin. Furnace Family believes these are two of the best available brands. The most important part of the equation is not the brand but the installer, 80% of furnace failures are caused by a poor initial installation. As a company our workforce is experienced and we provide continual training. Our lifetime warranty on installations (labor and materials) speaks for itself. We stand behind our installations.
That’s like asking what a car costs. There are many different models and features as well as code upgrades certain homes need. A very good “ballpark price” for a base model for $4500 to $5000, the better model $5500 to $6000 and of course the best model $6000 to $6800. These are great starting numbers. Jobs can be $500 lower or up to $1,000 higher depending on code upgrades. Our estimates are always free. All of our home comfort advisers are previous installers not “just sales people” they will advise you on the best choice.
All companies have different levels of overhead – what they pay for insurance, staff training, vehicles, fuel, and more). Some small companies may have lower overhead and charge less, but that same company who gives you the “cheap” quote may not be as sustainable – and what happens if they’re not around in 5 years when you need a service call or emergency repair?
We know that everyone typically asks “what is the best brand” before making a big purchase. But when it comes to buying a furnace or AC unit, the better question is “am I choosing the right company to install it?”.
Did you know that 80% of mechanical failure is because of a poor installation NOT because of the actual equipment? Furnace Family is a local company and we believe in top quality technicians that love their job. This ensures our customers get the best installation or service every time. Pride and ethics are number one at Furnace Family from our managers down to our trainees. We do the right thing when no one is watching, and we hire for attitude and train for skill!
You can check out our over 2000 five star reviews of our customers thanking us for a job well done. We work hard for every five star review we get.
At Furnace Family 100 % satisfaction is always our goal.
