Repairs can run from $300 to $2000, while that is ball-park amount, there are many different parts for different furnaces. We stock the most common parts in our vans and warehouse. We charge a diagnostic trip charge and go over any additional repair cost before proceeding with the repair. You will always know the cost before we perform any work.
Refrigerant very rarely leaks out of an air conditioner. Usually if it does there is a problem that needs to be fixed. We have many properly installed systems that have never had refrigerant added.
The refrigerant R 22 is obsolete and if the air conditioner is broken due to a lack of refrigerant the unit will need to be replaced.
We have a large service department that can get to most calls the same-day. If the temperature is plus 30 or minus 30, we do get busy. Please be patient on those days as we are doing the best we can.
