In The Community

We are dedicated to giving back to our communities.

At Furnace Family, we care about giving back to the local community. We support many initiatives in the Edmonton area.

Edmonton & Calgary Foodbank Year round.

For the year 2021, we collected from our customers (1100 KG) for the Food Bank, Furnace Family matched the 1100kg so we donated a total of 2200 kg or 4800lbs and over $5,200 between our customers and business. I personally want to thank all of our customers for participating. We hope to set a goal of 4000 KG for 2022.

Frontline Hero

Immeasurable thanks and gratitude to the HEROES that are our Healthcare Workers and First Responders!  In honour of all these incredible contributions to the health and well-being of our community, Furnace Family needs your help in nominating one of these heroes to win a free Lennox Air Conditioner installed in a residential home at no cost!

This situation touches us all in different ways, here at Furnace Family, our owner’s wife Megan is an Emergency Nurse and former Ambulance EMS, so we are well aware of the personal sacrifices and challenges that these heroes are undertaking on our behalf.  Let’s celebrate the dedication of these amazing individuals in our community, by giving back and honouring their collective super powers!

Feel The Love 2021

This past year (2021) Furnace Family once again installed a furnace and hot water tank for a family in need.  “Neighbours helping neighbours.” The motto for the Feel The Love program is so appropriate: This program asks you to nominate someone you know who needs a helping hand. Then, local Lennox heating contractors install a new, high-efficiency Lennox furnace for those who are chosen!

Heat Up Alberta

These past two years (2017/2018) Furnace Family installed not one, but two furnaces for families in need.  “Neighbors helping neighbors.” The motto for the Heat UP Alberta program is so appropriate: This program asks you to nominate someone you know who needs a helping hand. Then, local Lennox heating contractors install a new, high-efficiency Lennox furnace for those who are chosen!  We will be participating again in 2018.

Ronald McDonald House

Thank you @furnacefamily for going above and beyond as a #BBBAccreditedBusiness and jumping on board for the #BBBGivesBack campaign benefiting young futurepreneurs of the Ronald McDonald House! With your donation, RMH Families will benefit from the Meals that Mend lunch time programs giving families a break.

Furnace Family cares about giving back to the local community and believes strongly about supporting Edmonton families in need. They are committed to giving back a percentage of profits to locally-based, family-oriented charities. They are a Furnace FAMILY, after all.

They support many initiatives in the Edmonton area, including the Heat up Alberta program where they installed two completely free furnaces for two families needing a hand.

Hope Mission

Furnace Family supports Hope Mission in Edmonton. Giving hope and changing care to local Edmontonians.

Christmas Foodbank Drive

Through the first two weeks of December – for all installs we gave $100 plus $150 off to our customers. We have donated over $1,000 this year and will be participating again on an on-going basis.

Polish Humanitarian Society

PCHS supports organizations and projects that are socially minded and work to aid people by meeting their needs with practical approaches. We support innovative humanitarian projects in collaboration with the communities in which we work to help as many people as possible in case of disaster or other emergencies. Our grants assist organizations that care for street and orphaned children; train the locals in a trade to enable them to provide for themselves and their families; counsel, teach, guide and direct people struggling in lives; look after war veterans and their families, and misplaced persons due to conflict
